Billing : Once your ad has been listed you will be emailed a bill and the payment must be made by Visa, MasterCard or cheque in the 7 days following the reception of the bill.

Our site offers two different levels for renting condos and one level for selling condos.

Bronze, Silver or Gold level?

The Gold level represents the best option since the ads are positioned by level (the Gold ads are displayed before the Silver ads, which are displayed before the Bronze ads).

If you choose the Silver level it is good to know that the new Gold ads in the same city will be listed prior to your ad even if your ad has been added first.

Also, the Gold level allows you to submit 24 photos (instead of 8 for the Silver level). Visual presentation is often decisive in choosing a condo. According to the proverb, a picture is worth a thousand words.
